(5)     出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；

(5) When it is necessary to protect the vital legitimate interests, such as life or property, of you or other individuals, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;

(6)     您自行向社会公众公开的个人信息；

(6) When the personal information has been disclosed to the public by yourself;

(7)     从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。

请知悉，根据适用的法律，若我们对个人信息采取技术措施和其他必要措施进行处理，使得数据接收方无法重新识别特定个人且不能复原，则此类处理后数据的共享、转让、公开披露无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。

我们将在达成本声明所述目的所需的最短期限内保留您的个人信息，除非法律另有规定或者基于维护社会公共利益或者我们、我们客户合法权益的其他情形。基于不同的场景与处理目的，各类产品及服务的数据的存储期可能会有所不同。超出前述期限后，我们将会根据可适用法律的要求在合理期限内删除您的个人信息或进行去标识化或匿名化处理。当我们协助您删除相关信息后，由于适用的法律和安全技术限制，我们可能无法立即从备份系统中删除相关信息，我们将安全地储存您的个人信息并限制对其的任何进一步处置，直到备份可以删除或实现去标识化或匿名化。

We will retain your personal information for the minimum period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Statement, unless otherwise required by law or for safeguarding public interests, or the legitimate rights and interests of us or our customers. The retention period for data may vary depending on the specific scenario and processing purpose across different products and services.Upon the expiration of the aforementioned period, we will delete your personal information or perform de-identification or anonymization in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that after assisting you in deleting relevant information, we may not be able to immediately remove such information from our backup systems due to applicable legal and technical security constraints. In such cases, we will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until the backup can be deleted or achieve de-identification or anonymization.

我们在中华人民共和国境内收集的个人信息，将存储在中华人民共和国境内。如果需要将您的个人信息转移到境外，我们将：

Personal information collected within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within China. If it becomes necessary to transfer your personal information outside of China, we will:

(1)     另行获得您的授权同意，并履行法定程序，在符合届时适用法律的情形下使您的个人信息得到足够的保护；

(2)     该等转移将在符合届时适用法律要求的前提下进行，即便获得您的授权但是转移方式或者目的不符合相关法律法规规定的，我们也不会进行转移。

(2) Conduct such transfer only in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Even if authorization is obtained, we will not proceed with the transfer if the method or purpose of the transfer does not comply with relevant laws and regulations.
